Simplify form completion with Field Prefill

Optimize your data collection and improve the employee and customer experience with SSO-powered Field Prefill.

Your Single Sign-On provider can be more than an easier login experience. By leveraging SSO capabilities you can improve the time to complete a form fill and make secure information readily available to those with approved access. When you start looking into all SSO can do, the possibilities are endless.

With Formstack’s SSO-powered Field Prefill, you can use Single Sign-On (SSO) to pre-populate an end user’s form using data stored within your SSO provider. This ensures data is consistent, forms are easier and faster to complete, systems are in sync, and everyone is happy. Plus, only those who are authenticated by your SSO have access to view and complete the form. Now that's a nice security win.

Speed up form creation with Saved Fields

Turn frequently used form fields into standard fields across your account.

Creating the same custom, unique fields in forms over and over again can be time consuming for builders. With Saved Fields, your builders can create, save, and standardize fields that they use consistently in Forms. This may be fields like Social Security Number, Student ID, and Employee Name. Saved Fields makes form building faster and easier than ever by putting standard and custom fields you frequently use right at your fingertips!

Want to fully utilize the power of Saved Fields? Pair it with Field Prefill. Where Saved Fields is about speeding up the form creation process for your builders, Field Prefill amplifies the entire form creation and completion experience for both builders and end users. By mapping unique user data to Saved Fields through SSO technology, these features together create one impressive duo.

Keep progressing with Workflow Forms Save and Resume

Save and Resume in Workflow Forms keeps contributors moving forward without losing their progress.

It happens to us all. You are working through a digital form and you have to step away for a minute. Minutes turn into hours, sometimes even days. When you finally get back to your form, to your despair, all the sections you filled out are gone. If only you had a feature that saves your progress. Enter Save and Resume for Workflow Forms.

When working through a Workflow Form, contributors responsible for different sections can now save their progress so that when they come back to finish the form, all of their work is still populated in the form.  This helps ensure sections they have already completed are not lost or missed and keeps work moving forward.

Take a look at Workflow Forms and see how they can streamline your Form process and keep work moving forward.

Introducing the New Formstack Documents Drag-And-Drop Builder

Document creation has never been this easy.

Tired of manual data entry? Don’t have time to spend coding and designing documents? Need dynamic, professional documents, now?

Enter Formstack Documents.

We’ve taken the drag-and-drop functionality our form builders love and brought it to Formstack Documents. The new Documents Builder empowers anyone in your organization to create, design, and automate documents without needing to add complicated field names, hassle with fillable PDFs, or know how to code. Users of any skill level now have the ability to automate document generation by integrating with key systems to pull data from forms, CRMs, accounting, and other databases.

The new Documents Builder is just one of several ways you can create and design your documents. You’re still able to use Microsoft Documents and fillable PDFs to move from static documents to dynamic, automatically generated files. But for times when you need to spin up a quick, editable document, Formstack Documents’ drag-and-drop builder lets you create a new template in minutes—directly in-app and without code.

Your organization’s most valuable resource is your team. Don’t waste their time on processes that could be automated. You can say goodbye to manual data entry when you say hello to Formstack Documents.

Check out the Builders Blog below to see it in action.

Formstack Suite
Grandchild Objects for Salesforce Forms

Build Salesforce forms that better match to your data model.

Formstack for Salesforce now has the ability to build forms with more objects and relationships. Additionally, this functionality makes it easier to build forms within popular Salesforce data models like Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Education Data Architecture as well as in data supplements like Admissions Connect.

Salesforce Search

Use Lookup Fields to search any record in your Salesforce org.

Forms for Salesforce takes a standard form lookup field and really levels it up. Unlike other Salesforce form solutions, Formstack’s Salesforce Search functionality allows you to search virtually any record in your salesforce org on a form lookup field.

Conditional Prefill

Dynamically prefill your Salesforce forms under certain conditions.

One of the most popular features of our Forms for Salesforce product is the Dynamic Prefill functionality. Dynamic Prefill allows users to prefill forms using data already housed in their Salesforce account. When end users then receive and complete their forms, submitted information is automatically associated back to their record in Salesforce and used to add new information or update outdated existing information.

Dependent Picklists

Forms for Salesforce now supports dependencies on picklists.

Salesforce allows admins to configure dependencies between picklist fields so that depending on values selected in a parent picklist, only a subset of values is available for selection in a child picklist.

Now, Forms for Salesforce can support these dependencies automatically. For forms admins, this means, you won’t have to set up complex rules to replicate Salesforce dependencies on their form.
